The Wait is Over!

You can now pay your utility bill on-line with a credit/debit card.

If paying on-line, your payment must be successfully processed prior to 5:00 PM (EST) on the due date stated on your bill.

On-line Credit/Debit Card or Check Payment Process:

• Log onto www.fvutil.com.
• On the right hand side of the screen, you will see the prompt to pay on-line.  Once you click on the link you will be redirected to the login screen.
• The first time you log in you will need to complete the bottom portion of the form (New customer sign up).
• Once you receive your password, you will log in using the top portion of the form (Login for customers already enrolled for Internet use).

In the near future, we plan to install card swipe machines in the main office.  However, at this time, you can only pay by credit/debit card over the Internet. We will post a message on the utility bills when credit/debit cards will be accepted in the Utility Commission office.
